FUTURE PLANS FOR CTK-PORT ORANGE
Future Plans: (August 2020)
We've had the privilege of serving Port Orange since July 2010! We just celebrated 10 years of ministry and memories! Our CTK family is so grateful to have our new church property at 6015 Spruce Creek Road.
We acquired it in December 2019 and It has been a labor of love to clear and beautify this land! God's timing has been incredible! Our church family has been able to gather in our beautiful outdoor space during this COVID pandemic.
We currently meet at 9am on Sundays for worship. A decent number attend in person and many more participate online.
As a church family we are currently making our down payment commitments for Phase 1 of our first building. It will be a large multipurpose space that will give us a space that is undercover, with air conditioning and restroom facilities. Our property mortgage is $360,000 and we are aiming to raise an additional $750,000 to see this building to completion. We hope to break ground this year and dream of meeting in our new space by Easter 2021.
Phase 2 will be an amazing addition to this first building that will allow us to minister more extensively. It will hopefully begin by 2023 and the estimated cost is around 2 million. The floor plans and elevations for Phase 2 are pictured here.
